Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries : Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, France, Monaco, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
For orders over €30.00 we offer free shipping.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €20.90 will be added to the shipping costs (no island surcharge is payable for the islands of Rügen, Usedom and Fehmarn).
Express shipping within Germany (excluding islands) for next-day delivery (Mon-Fri until 6:00 PM) for orders placed before 2:00 PM. EUR 19.90 per order. No Saturday delivery.
Deliveries abroad :
We charge a flat rate for shipping abroad as follows:
- Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: EUR 10.90
- Denmark, France, Italy (excluding Sicily and Sardinia), Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding islands) Czech Republic: EUR 15.90
- Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary: EUR 18.90
- Bulgaria: EUR 29.90
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 2-3 days, and for deliveries abroad within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
