MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

In Germany, according to the German Civil Code (BGB), consumers are entitled to a free repair, free replacement, a discount or a refund from the retailer within two years of the transfer of the goods if the purchased product does not correspond to the purchase contract at the time of transfer.

Our products are subject to strict quality control.

Should a product purchased from us not function properly, we deeply regret this and ask you to contact our customer service .

In addition to the statutory warranty, we provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all products purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

SELLER'S WARRANTY - WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Dear Customer,

Our products are subject to strict quality control.

Should a product you purchased from us not function properly, we deeply regret this and ask you to contact our customer service listed below. We are happy to assist you by phone at the service hotline provided.

In addition to the statutory warranty, we grant you a guarantee on all products purchased from us in accordance with the following provisions.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

1) The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty is valid within the European Union.

2) During the warranty period, devices that are defective due to material or manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Replaced devices or parts thereof become our property. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period, nor do they trigger a new warranty.

3) Warranty claims must be made immediately after becoming aware of the defect within the warranty period.

4) To claim the guarantee, the following steps are required:

Please contact customer service by email, fax, or phone so we can email you further information. Please send the defective device to the service address provided, along with the warranty card below and your original purchase receipt. If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will receive a repaired or new device.

We will cover the return shipping costs.

5) Warranty claims are excluded for damage caused by:

  • abusive or improper treatment
  • Environmental influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
  • Failure to observe the safety precautions applicable to the device
  • Failure to follow the operating instructions
  • Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling)
  • Interventions not carried out by the service address authorized by us
  • unauthorized repair attempts
  • Submission in packaging that is not safe for transport.

6) We will repair any defects or damage to the device that are not (or no longer) covered by the warranty, subject to reimbursement. Please contact our customer service for a personalized quote.

In this case, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
